You will help analyze and identify gaps in vendor operations processes
You will assist the vendor operations team with assessing and troubleshooting vendor operations issues and concerns
You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations
You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors
What you need to be successful
Must be an academic requirement and can render atleast 200+ hours
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Fiipino
Has a customer-oriented mindset, ability to directly communicate well with external stakeholders verbally
Able to manage and analyze data sets using Excel
Experience with SQL and Looker Studio tools is not necessary but a plus
