Job description
- You will be the first point of contact for foodpanda’s partnered vendors
- You will assist the team in conducting daily call check-ins with foodpanda vendors and document gathered information
- You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations
- You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors
- Must be an academic requirement and can render at least 200+ hours
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset
- Active listening, conflict management and resolution skills
- Experience in communication-focused roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge in MS Excel is also preferred
