Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Screen resumes and application forms
Participate in organizing company events and career days
Work on employee name card & onboarding stuff supply
Support on office stationery & cleaning supplies for all stores
Cross-check all store areas to make sure all are clean & hygienic
Ensure all office supplies are provided to a different location based on the need and the budget approved
Be part of the office cost-saving project in terms of electricity costs and other costs that are not necessary
