You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence and driving customer engagement across various channels. You will be responsible for overseeing all brand and marketing activities both within the foodpanda application and through traditional media channels, including ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Your primary objective will be to elevate the foodpanda brand, increase market share, and foster customer loyalty through innovative marketing strategies.
Brand Strategy and Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception using external research and internal analysis
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to refine brand positioning and messaging.
Own and manage the marketing budget aligned to company growth objectives
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement in-app and outside of the app.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement including CRM and in-app features.
- Experiment, Test and Innovate using upcoming marketing technology, new media channels and AI
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product, tech, and CRM teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and customer relationship management efforts.
- Work closely with commercial, operation and other teams to meet the overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience within the foodpanda app.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and drive career growth.
Requirements:
- Proven record in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG, food delivery or e-commerce industry with 6-10 years experience
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and traditional media channels.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Highly creative individual who isn’t afraid to propose and try new ideas
- Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once
- Must have a strong interest in data
