We are looking for a Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
Govern commercial business KPIs nationally and team-level KPIs to ensure we meet our targets
Strategise and help execute campaign drives to help business achieve vendor funded and non commercial revenue targets
Partner with the Director MD office to identify performance gaps and uncover growth opportunities
Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports for executive meetings, performance reviews, and company-wide town halls
Coordinate with regional counterparts to align local activities with overarching commercial strategies
Facilitate the development of lead lists, and performance reports to support commercial team goals
Lead the rollout of regional projects and product developments while enforcing interdepartmental guidelines
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to execute campaigns and support product initiatives
What you need to be successful
5 to 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, data analytics, or other relevant functions with exposure to commercial or growth functions.
Proficiency in Data Analytical tools with reporting on Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets or slides.
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous challenges and translate data into practical recommendations
High attention to detail with a critical eye for improving processes and systems
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across functional areas, especially in fast-evolving environments
Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a bias toward action and a willingness to dive into the details
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across a range of stakeholders and teams
