Develop and execute crisis communication plans to safeguard brand credibility.
Track social media trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Deliver communication reports and insights to senior management and regional teams.
Plan, manage, and execute corporate events and promotional activities as required.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in communications, PR, or a related role.
Strong expertise in media relations, social media management, and content development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
