We are seeking a Lead, Data Analystics to join our team and help foodpanda make smart, data-driven business decisions. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
Lead and directly manage a team of data analysts to build world-class data products
Define KPIs and key metrics for business use cases to drive business decisions
Manage ETL pipelines, data products and projects for the local business
Work with Regional on data preparation and build/ assist in data models
Review day-to-day operation processes, identify area of improvement in operational processes and make actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities to accelerate growth by ways of automation
Work closely with the all verticals and teams to identify scalable processes to manage and automate end to end
Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally
Create framework for data governance and compliance
Reports to local management and work closely with regional data group
What you need to be successful
At least 6-10 years of experience in data analytics/engineering / data management
Strong experiences in building and leading data team, owning end-to-end data analytics and engineering products
Strong experiences with Data Visualisation tools, Big Data, Data Pipelines, Machine Learning technologies are a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong business mindset and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders
