About the opportunity

  • Develop, plan and execute yearly trade marketing calendar with key occasions and local campaigns to support commercial focuses and overall Qcommerce sales, in collaboration with the Regional Campaigns team.
  • Develop category & campaign-level Promotional strategies consistent with the local market landscape & market trends.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial team & Regional Promotions & Campaigns teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand objectives.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Retail Media, Creative, AdminOps, etc) to ensure seamless execution across Dmart and shops segment for both media placements and promotions.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying insights for immediate optimizations or/and to enhance future trade marketing activities

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,MIS or equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
  • Proven experience in the grocery, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online consumer behavior, particularly in the grocery and retail sectors.
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
