Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant/vendor partners by ensuring their success on the foodpanda platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize partner engagement and retention.
Monitor sales, order volumes, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, such as promotional campaigns, advertising solutions, and new service offerings.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, and logistics) to resolve partner issues and optimize service levels.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, performance metrics, and contract agreements.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
3 - 5 years’ experience in operations and management
High level of independence, self-confidence, and responsibility
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task
Be able to relocate to another province
Myanmar Native Only with proficiency in English
