Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice/opinion in various legal matters, including corporate law, foreign business law, consumer protection law and e-commerce related regulations, and cooperate with other departments under Delivery Hero entities in Laos to complete any related tasks.
Draft, review, evaluate risk factors and provide appropriate solutions regarding commercial-related agreements for Delivery Hero entities in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar.
Conduct research on legal issues and provide knowledge and awareness to colleagues and related stakeholders.
Support Lead, Regional and Global team members of Delivery Hero on assigned projects.
What you need to be successful
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law is preferable)
At least 4 years of working experience
Law firm and FMCG experience is preferable, but not required.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of laws and procedures, e.g., e-commerce, contract, corporation, consumer protection etc.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
