Manager, Commercial Operations

• Process Standardization & Excellence: Serve as the chief architect of our operational best practices. You will design, refine, and deploy robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine commercial tasks, transforming fragmented local workflows into consistent, scalable global standards.

• Drive AI & Automation Adoption: Spearhead the integration of intelligent tools and automated workflows into our daily commercial practices. You will lead the shift from legacy manual processes to tech-enabled systems that boost productivity and sharpen decision-making.

• Global Change Management: Champion operational transformation across borders. You will build enablement frameworks, design feedback loops, and ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and tools across our highly distributed, multicultural teams.

• Strategic Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead high-stakes operational projects from ideation to rollout. Partner seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Data, and regional commercial leaders to remove structural bottlenecks and unlock commercial performance.

• Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs to evaluate the success and ROI of new SOPs and automation initiatives. Use these insights to continuously audit, iterate, and optimize regional workflows.

• Experience & Execution: 8-10 years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations, Process Improvement, or Business Strategy, with a proven track record of scaling operational initiatives across regional or multi-market scopes.

• Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in commercial operations, process design, and vendor lifecycle management within high-velocity E-Commerce, Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce), or On-Demand Retail networks.

• Governance & Standardization: Proven track record of designing and enforcing operational governance, process compliance, and SOP adoption across highly decentralized operating markets.

• Data-to-Process Transformation: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex operational data, workflow bottlenecks, and performance metrics into automated, scalable commercial playbooks and SOPs.

• Tech & Automation Savvy: Expert understanding of workflow automation, intelligent commercial tools, and systems integration required to eliminate manual tasks and elevate commercial productivity.

• Stakeholder Navigation: Mastery in managing matrixed corporate structures; confident in aligning, influencing, and collaborating with local commercial leads, Tech, Product, and external partners on unified operational standards without relying on direct authority.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of on-demand unit economics and the operational levers required to drive efficiency, reduce organizational friction, and improve vendor ROI.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Lean Six Sigma or similar process certification is a plus).

• Startup DNA: Highly comfortable with ambiguity; possesses a builder mindset that thrives on establishing regional structures, frameworks, and operational systems from the ground up.
