About the opportunity

Job Description

 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators, providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

 

 

 


What you need to be successful

Qualifications and Requirements

 

  • Driven and hardworking individual with excellent attention to details
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience, B2B preferred
  • Interest in food and restaurant industry
  • Degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficient in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Experience in the professional services industry or in a corporate environment is a plus
  • An impressive track record of being a hustler and a top performer
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
  • A highly driven and ambitious attitude
  • Strong instincts in how to be strategic in leading client-facing conversations
  • Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to prospects
  • A natural-born negotiator – a driven and hard-working individual
  • A team player, going above and beyond to help the team succeed
  • Hong Kong market knowledge required
