- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption and usage.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within corporate accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to address their evolving needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators, providing reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Driven and hardworking individual with excellent attention to details
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, B2B preferred
- Interest in food and restaurant industry
- Degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Exceptional communication skills, proficient in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
- Experience in the professional services industry or in a corporate environment is a plus
- An impressive track record of being a hustler and a top performer
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity
- A highly driven and ambitious attitude
- Strong instincts in how to be strategic in leading client-facing conversations
- Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to prospects
- A natural-born negotiator – a driven and hard-working individual
- A team player, going above and beyond to help the team succeed
- Hong Kong market knowledge required
