Foodpanda is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional CRM MarTech Manager, Marketing (APAC) to join our Regional CRM Martech Team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
Drive more relevant CRM messages to customers by surfacing useful information at the right time to customers, resulting in higher conversion uplift. Examples of this include price drop notifications, voucher expiry reminders, personalized deals
Unlock full automation in CRM, driving for resource efficiencies and GMV uplift as well as growing our User base
Upskill the team across Lifecycle Growth, CRM Strategy and CRM Operations in MarTech capabilities, exposing them to what is possible and advising on how to implement ‘smarter’ and more automated processes
Be the innovation resource for the team on Braze, have full understanding and knowledge of Braze features and capabilities. Investigate Braze integrated tools or new features and evaluate whether the team should experiment or implement new approaches
Explore AI tools such as ChatGPT, and external vendors such as Aampe to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and even more GMV uplift
Identify efficiency gaps in CRM Operations, CRM strategy and Lifecycle Growth and build process approaches and frameworks to increase efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate and scale these across Audiences team
Ensure accuracy of campaigns set up by the team. Troubleshoot and improve processes to ensure quality checks are performed in a timely manner
Partner with Product teams to drive for seamless user experience across CRM communications and in-app. Unlock personalized content, and help Product team to understand the importance of working closely
Partner with global DeliveryHero team on projects such as CRM Operations automation (ie Bladerunner) or AI tests, discussing and implementing innovative approaches together
Closely monitor and evaluate results of everything implemented by Audiences team for GMV and conversion uplift. Identify gaps and opportunities to increase conversion using MarTech
Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing, business, programming or a related area
6-8 years of working experience in the field of CRM / online marketing for E-commerce or Tech businesses
Proven experience working with CRM and campaign management tools like Braze, Salesforce and more
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Liquid
Basic knowledge of SQL or coding
Data driven and has strong grasp of Growth and Campaign analytics such as activation uplift, engagement metrics, iCPGMV
Responsible, structured and precise work attitude, with great attention to details
Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player
Strong analytical skills, confident user of Excel/Google sheets, Powerpoint
Concise and skilled communicator, excellent stakeholder management
