About the opportunity

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a good level of operational competency to manage activation and compliance of vendors. The individual must be able to multitask and be an advocate between customers, logistics and vendor teams.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the vendor operations function to ensure a high-quality vendor experience on the platform.
● Communicate with new partners to facilitate successful onboarding processes.
● Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and vendors to optimize store operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
● Collaborate with various teams within the company (content, sales, operations, finance, etc.) to efficiently resolve tasks and achieve common objectives.
● Provide technical support to shop partners, ensuring smooth integration and operation of their systems.
● Take ownership of end-to-end vendor operational performance, leveraging technical systems and devices to drive continuous improvements.
● Implement strategies to enhance vendor satisfaction and retention on the platform.
● Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions accordingly.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the main point of contact for operational matters.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into vendor operations strategies.


What you need to be successful

Qualifications

● You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline 
● 3-4 years of working experience in an operations-driven role.
● Experience in leading teams.
● Analytical approach to problem-solving.
● Knowledge of internet and e-commerce business operations.
● Good communication skills in English.
● High motivation and excellent team player.
● Willingness to learn and explore new tools.
