About the opportunity

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “ Manager, People Experience” for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the “Head, People”.

Our Manager, People Experience is responsible for designing and delivering a seamless, engaging, and employee-centric experience across the employee lifecycle. This role oversees employee benefits, wellness programs, onboarding and offboarding processes, engagement initiatives, internal communications, and key operational touchpoints to ensure a high-quality workplace experience aligned with business objectives.

 

Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives

  • Support Head, People in the strategy and execution of employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and belonging across the organization.

  • Conceptualize and deliver end-to-end engagement events, including annual celebrations, cultural moments, townhalls, and team-building initiatives.

  • Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, logistics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution and high-quality employee experiences.

 

Learning & Training Management

  • Coordinate and manage employee training programs in alignment with business and capability-building priorities.

  • Support Head, People in partnering with internal stakeholders and external facilitators to design and deliver impactful learning sessions.

  • Lead training logistics, scheduling, communications, and vendor management to ensure smooth execution.

  • Track participation, collect feedback, and analyze effectiveness to improve future learning interventions.

  • Maintain training records and dashboards to provide insights on learning uptake and development trends.

 

 Health & Life Insurance Management

  • Manage end-to-end administration of Health and Life Insurance programs, including Employee & Parent OPD/IPD and Parent Insurance coverage.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and insurance providers, ensuring timely case resolution and support when required.

  • Collaborate with Finance and external insurance partners to ensure accurate and timely payments.

 

Employee Journey & Exits

  • Continuously enhance the employee journey by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve early employee experience and engagement.

  • Conduct structured exit interviews for all permanent employees.

  • Analyze feedback and share trends and actionable insights with stakeholders to improve retention, engagement, and employee experience.

 

Employee Recognition Programs

  • Manage and continuously enhance the internal recognition platform.

  • Track engagement metrics and propose enhancements to increase participation and impact.

 

Leadership & C-Suite Support

  • Support the Managing Director through coordination with Workplace and Travel teams to ensure seamless scheduling and task execution.

  • Manage logistics and coordination for C-suite meetings with external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders for interviews, dashboards, and key leadership interactions.

 

Daycare Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the internal daycare, ensuring quality standards and smooth functioning.

  • Act as the liaison between parents and daycare staff to address concerns and ensure a safe environment.

  • Manage inventory, payments, documentation, and vendor coordination.

  • Partner with Workplace to resolve any facility-related issues.​​​​


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Benefits Administration.

  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in budget tracking and utilization reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design tools such as Canva is a plus.
