About the Role
As the Regional Supply Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of your assigned region. Your primary focus is to ensure a seamless rider supply and by optimizing fleet management, and team productivity. You will serve as a key leader, translating high-level business goals into actionable regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operational Oversight: Oversee all operational activities across multiple cities, ensuring service levels meet company’s standards across regional Hubs.
Strategic KPI Management: Drive regional performance by meeting or exceeding key targets related to delivery efficiency, cost optimization, and supply growth.
People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team. You will be responsible for coaching, performance reviews, and resolving operational conflicts.
Rider Supply & Inventory Optimization: Oversee regional inventory planning and distribution to ensure equipment and stock levels are optimized for smooth operations at all HUBS.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to align regional activities with broader company objectives.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Supply-Demand Forecasting: Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate order surges and proactively scale rider capacity to maintain service levels.
What you need to be successful
At least a Bachelor degree or Masters, preferably in Logistics, or relevant field.
5+ years of relevant working experience. preferably in ride hailing or B2B sales.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
