About the opportunity
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Responsible for setting up compliance of delivery rules and standard operating processes (SOPs) for the delivery riders of foodpanda PH
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance matrix for the riders to ensure the regional requirements are being met.
- Collaborate with the training team to create materials that promote adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Ensures to reduce costs driven by non-compliance of riders bring down top-driving operational costs through process improvements and
streamlined courier/fleet compliance processes. - Tracking of daily rider performance Preparing and analyzing large data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and optimization
opportunities - Ensuring local implementation of global projects, in particular roll out of tools and product improvements
- Stay informed about local, and regional changes and regulations affecting rider logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and product, to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance processes.
- Working towards constantly improving customer experience
What you need to be successful
- Min 1 year work experience in logistics, operations, consulting or banking
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure thinking and build efficient processes, SQL knowledge preferrable
- Confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps.
- Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education, and abilities
- Good understanding of local areas and the street system and road network
- Fluency in English
