As a Manager, Rider Experience - Rider Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external brands and organizations to enhance the experience and benefits for our riders. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Rider Operations, you will play a vital role in creating alliances that provide discounts, special deals, and sponsorships for riders, ultimately contributing to the growth and satisfaction of our rider community.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with external brands and organizations to provide exclusive benefits and incentives for riders
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner companies, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives
  • Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial for both parties
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that leverage partnerships to drive rider engagement and retention
  • Analyze partnership performance and rider feedback to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities for rider-related events and coordinate sponsorship agreements to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields, preferably in the transportation or delivery industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing partnership deals that drive business growth
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration with external partners
  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate partnership performance and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify partnership opportunities that align with company objectives
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
