Monitoring Logistic Equipment Stocks and Inventory
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Managing the recruitment process
Screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding
Managing recruitment metrics, KPI, and monthly reporting to the line manager
What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
3 - 5 years’ experience in rider onboarding, operations, and management
Experiences in using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel.
Data-driven is a plus.
High level of independence, self-confidence, and responsibility.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrate ability to plan & execute projects (end-to-end process).
Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized, and with the ability to multitask.
Native fluency in Burmese is essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required.
