Manager, Strategic Account Management

Summary of Position

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Growth Manager to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our vendor partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our business. If you're passionate, proactive, and ready to make a significant impact, we want you on our team.

What’s on your menu?

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors’ offerings and services.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving vendor quality and performance.

What do you bring to the table?

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a related role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy.
