About the opportunity

Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and provide business solutions to vendors
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and offerings to strategic accounts.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic accounts team.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets for team members and monitor their performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

KPI Management:

  • Own and manage own KPIs related to strategic account growth, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implement strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services to strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by strategic accounts promptly and effectively.

What you need to be successful

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
