Manager, Talent Acquisition & People Services

Talent Acquisition 

• Execute hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.

• Develop recruitment policies in compliance with labor laws.

• Ensure accurate employee registration and updates.

• Prioritize positive candidate experience.

• Coach and advise hiring managers on the evaluation process.

• Coordinate with department managers for future hiring needs.

• Manage recruitment plan and report on performance.

• Streamline staff movement processes.

• Develop and update job descriptions, charts, and templates.

Employer Branding

• Managing foodpanda HR So-Me pages including monthly posts and HR Content ( Facebook Group, Telegram. etc )

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Create compelling employer brand messaging and promotional materials to attract and engage potential candidates.

• Works closely with related teams to boost Employer branding - Online & Offline 

Project Management 

• Collaborate with the HRBP, People Services, and Workplace teams to identify HR project needs and objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking.
• Other duties assigned by line manager
