Occupational Health Nurse (BOSH certified)

Responsibilities

• Health awareness research and program POC for creation and communication
• POC for first aid and other medical needs
• Perform basic checks, and blood pressure check for monitoring
• In-charge of inventory and requisition of medicines and medical supplies
• Proper dispensing of medicines to employees and providing instructions based on health complaints
• Assists employees during hospital consultations and therapy
• Assists the company physician
• Assists employees on their pre employment and annual physical examination schedules
• Responsible in preparing Work Accident Report to Department of Labor and Employment
• Provides administrative support for updating of employee medical records
• Acts as the general administrative POC for audits in collaboration with various departments
• Overall administrative support for management engagements, workspace and facilities functions
• Serves as an Occupational Health and Safety partner for all health-related activities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BS Nursing and a Registered Nurse

• Should be a certified first-aider / BOSH certified

• Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide basic first aid.

• Relevant experience as a Nurse in the corporate set up for at least 1 year

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

• Familiarity with basic medicines and medical equipments used in the workplace

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Admin experience is an advantage

• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)

• Detail-oriented, conscientious, willing to extend working hours if necessary

• Willing to be assigned in Taguig City
