About the opportunity

  • Train restaurant/shop staff on using devices and our operational procedures

  • Record, handle, and assist in solving any potential operational issues/requests our vendors may face via phone & email

  • Manage inventory and update asset records on internal systems


What you need to be successful

  • University graduate or a current university student 

  • Great communication skills & language proficiency (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).

  • Prior experience in the Customer Service field, Hotline, or Service Center will be an advantage.

  • Efficient, a strong sense of responsibility, and raise issues proactively.

  • Experience in using CRM tools will be an advantage but not a must.

  • Able to work at least two days a week (Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri, 14:00-19:00).
