Job description


About the opportunity

  • Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls, solving vendor issues.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and follow timelines when assigned for tasks.
  • Managing live chat, maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute.
  • Able to follow the order processing system from the back end.
  • Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.

What you need to be successful

  • You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
  • Good typing skills.
  • Strong in communications skills.
  • We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
