Procurement Executive (Part-time)

• Implement a full spectrum of indirect procurement activities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate price, terms and conditions with suppliers 

• Oversee contract renewals, sourcing activities and conduct market intelligence 

• Coordinate and follow up on the Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract process

• Collaborate, liaise and work closely with the external and internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters and the resolution of issues

• Maintain proper procurement records and system database for audit purposes

• Assist in driving awareness and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, through close collaboration with the stakeholders

• Higher Diploma or above 

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement or office administration

• A proactive, responsible and flexible team player who can work independently and solve problems

• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude. 

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft suites. Knowledge of SAP/ ERP would be an advantage

• Short notice or immediate availability would be highly preferred.
