We are on the lookout for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Global Payments Product team and deliver best-in-class payment experiences for customers across the world.

Product Operations Spcialist executes Delivery Hero’s vision to always deliver an amazing experience by shaping global Payments products - which combine internal technology with a robust network of worldwide service providers - and ensuring that we can execute hundreds of millions of monthly payments successfully. As a Specialist Product Operations, you will play a critical role in both the daily execution of a highly-stable payments platform and in guiding new technical initiatives - with global scope and impact - to successful delivery.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Business teams to solve scaling challenges and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate the product delivery processes and related tasks to help drive consistency and efficiency across product management as a whole, build, improve, and automate dashboards to monitor and improve performance management across multiple squads
- Design and launch global capabilities to support the delivery, monitoring and adoption of our payment features
- Use a data-driven approach to improve processes and efficiency
- Bridge the gap between our Internal and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within the product delivery cycle
- Maintain a prioritized Product Operations backlog for items like scaling product knowledge, building qualitative & quantitative feedback loops, supporting new country launches and feature launches etc.
- 3+ years of experience working in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles
- Proven track record in building and implementing new processes from scratch within rapidly scaling organizations. Able to take vague situations and shape them into processes and concepts
- An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to process optimization, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done in a timely manner
- Familiar with Product/Project Management tools like JIRA and Confluence, and Google suite
- Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
- Excellent English language skills, able to communicate effectively, and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders
