About the opportunity

As a key member of our regional shops team, you will drive operational improvements across our three brands: foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti. We are expanding into new verticals, and you will own the operational foundations of in-store fulfillment, focusing on picker efficiency, operational tooling, and field training.

In this regional role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and local execution across 15 countries. Your focus is to build scalable operational playbooks that drive continuous improvements to reduce items not delivered (IND) and ensure high fulfillment accuracy, enabling store teams to consistently deliver complete and reliable orders.

In this role, you will:

  • Define the operational framework to minimize Items Not Delivered (IND) and manage out-of-stock scenarios across all Grocery and Retail partners.
  • Lead Field Training & Knowledge Sharing, creating scalable training programs and playbooks that ensure local market teams and pickers follow best-in-class operational standards.
  • Monitor and improve Vendor Performance, creating benchmarks for picking accuracy, speed, and reliability across our regional footprint.
  • Develop supporting tools and processes that empower local market teams to identify operational bottlenecks and accelerate performance improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Local Teams, Product, and Analytics to improve our Shops offering holistically.

What you need to be successful

  • Experience: 2+ years in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, digital companies, FMCG, or retailers.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary operational problems.
  • Data-Driven Mentality: You make decisions based on data and are comfortable making business judgments to improve the ecosystem.
  • Technical Skills: SQL is a plus for analyzing performance trends; experience with AI tools  is also an advantage.
