Rider Compliance Intern

• Assist the Rider Compliance Team in identifying non-compliance issues of the riders and make sure that they are following the daily delivery processes.
• Create analyses on rider behavior directly affecting their compliance to the delivery processes and protocols.
• Help design, pilot, and evaluate new SOPs that will improve the current Rider Compliance system.

• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and similar software
• Has strong data analysis skills
• An incumbent who is available to join us online 40 hours a week including weekend and holidays, a minimum of 3-6 months
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
