RTO Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as second in command and oversee RTO operations in the absence of the Real Time Operations Lead

• Coordinate with local teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Transform big data sets into visualizations to help yourself and the team make the right decisions.

• Analyse big sets of product data to understand our riders, vendors and customers’ behavior, to define the direction our products should develop.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes for improved efficiency.

• Monitor real-time operations and respond to urgent operational challenges.

• Assist in analysing performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.

• Support the implementation of new strategies or projects in collaboration with the RTO Lead.

• Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

Qualifications :
 

• Proven experience in operations management or coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent SQL and Excel skills are a must. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently when required.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve operational processes.
