About the opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Act as second in command and oversee RTO operations in the absence of the Real Time Operations Lead
Coordinate with local teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
Transform big data sets into visualizations to help yourself and the team make the right decisions.
Analyse big sets of product data to understand our riders, vendors and customers’ behavior, to define the direction our products should develop.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes for improved efficiency.
Monitor real-time operations and respond to urgent operational challenges.
Assist in analysing performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
Support the implementation of new strategies or projects in collaboration with the RTO Lead.
Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
What you need to be successful
Proven experience in operations management or coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent SQL and Excel skills are a must. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently when required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve operational processes.
