About the Team
Be a part of the excitement! Our Pick-Up team is at the forefront of foodpanda's rapid growth, focusing on our innovative Pick-up service. In this fast-paced role, you will be crucial in supporting the Pick-up Business Lead on project execution, daily operations, and performance management. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the success and efficiency of our Pick-Up service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation tasks, including report creation, incentive changes, and terminations, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams to drive process improvements and resolve ad-hoc issues.
- Educate and support internal teams on foodpanda's Pick-Up processes and protocols.
- Analyse operational performance and vendor data to derive key strategic insights, supporting management in performance reviews and decision-making.
- Maintain trackers/ reports to empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in data visualisation (e.g., Looker) and basic SQL/advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- Strong operational and process-oriented mindset.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise, execute, and streamline processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
