Job description
Aligning with the Fleet Operations Team Lead on fleet management strategies
Continuously assessing and optimizing Operations processes, procedures and tools
Identifying improvement opportunities for better and more efficient fleet operations and suggesting solutions
Owning Rider Support procedures, including aligning with a remote support team and directly communicating with couriers when necessary
Being available to provide support to any project within the Operations team including but not limited to fleet performance and compliance, fleet support, equipment management, etc
Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include fleet-facing and internal-facing app products
Communicating with the local and regional teams in order to facilitate the roll-out of new strategies and procedures
3 years of relevant working experience in the field of operations and/or customer service
Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things
Enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds
Creative thinker, independent and driver of progress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Cantonese
Solid knowledge of MS Office & Google Suites
