End-to-End PR Strategy & Execution
Translate the department’s long-term vision into concrete, actionable plans. You will actively develop brand key messages and ensure they are consistently integrated across all communication channels.Proactive Risk Assessment & Crisis Mitigation
Actively monitor and analyse public sentiment to provide immediate advice to mitigate risks. As a core guardian of brand reputation, you will support the Team Head in managing media and stakeholders during issues and crises, while simultaneously architecting post-crisis recovery plans.Executive Profiling & Content Development
Lead corporate communication initiatives from the ground up. This involves identifying strategic thought-leadership opportunities for executives and personally refining scripts, speeches, and presentations that aligned with business strategies and brand messaging.Consumer Communications & Branding Event Management
Drive brand reputation and consumer loyalty by spearheading creative PR campaigns and event activations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of branding events, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our core values and effectively communicates our unique brand story to our wider consumer base.Senior Media Engagement
Leverage deep-seated relationships with news editors and key opinion leaders to secure high-quality coverage across traditional and digital media. You will act as the lead for sensitive media inquiries, ensuring nuanced and professional responses.Operational Bridge & Cross-Functional Support
Serve as the key project manager between the PR team and internal departments, including regional and central teams. You will ensure strategic alignment on PR initiatives and provide communications expertise to support and solve cross-departmental issues.High-Stakes Copywriting & Quality Control
Maintain the standard for bilingual (English and Chinese) communications. As the final gatekeeper for external and corporate materials, you ensure every piece of content is punchy, accurate, and on-brand.Agency Stewardship
Act as the primary strategic contact for PR agencies. You are responsible for ensuring agency output aligns with business goals by setting clear KPIs, managing budgets, and driving maximum ROI through high-quality execution.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR / communications, journalism or related areas
- At least 10 years of working experience in the PR-related field. Agency or in-house background are welcome
- An independent and highly motivated fast learner
- A team player, with sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments
- Work closely with the team to support the management and recovery of crisis situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Things move very quickly around here, but you thrive in that.
