About the opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and reduce vendor fail rate to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate terms and resolve issues promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Analyze offline hours and develop strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Streamline preparation time to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize operational processes to reduce costs while maintaining high standards of service.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance, vendor metrics, and food ratings

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage teamwork and innovation.

Quality Control:

  • Oversee food rating systems to ensure that all meals meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Implement quality control measures to continuously improve food quality and safety.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.

 


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7-8 years of experience in project management, analytics, vendor performance, vendor operations etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
