Senior Manager, Performance

• Lead in-depth business performance analysis to uncover key insights that support the MD in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Drive the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process for the country—setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.
• Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes.
• Track and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
• Manage and support high-priority, sensitive matters for the MD office, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
• Lead the data management function for the local market and liaison with the regional business analytics team for effective data support and management of BI for the country.
• Work as the core data lead for the country, identifying gaps for performance visibility for different functions and their respective analytics teams.

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst - experience within a strategic/central function is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Management Science
• Proven expertise in SQL and experience designing scalable, efficient queries to support data-driven decision-making. 
• Strong leadership in managing the entire data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, rigorous analysis, interpretation, actionable recommendations, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling and creative business cases supported by data - deep understanding of statistical (mathematical) modelling.
• Understanding of creating data visualization reports using Tableau, Looker Studio or similar modern BI Tools.
• A track record of mentoring and developing analytical teams, fostering innovation, and aligning team outputs with organizational objectives.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python for reproducible data analysis and familiarity with advanced analytics workflows.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, such as Git, to enable collaborative development and reproducibility.
• Experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as Airflow, is a significant plus.
