Senior Manager, Process Excellence

Job Description

• Align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of long-term process improvement strategies within your line of business, aligning with company goals
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to maximize impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for process improvement initiatives
• Drive and lead the process improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and efficiency across central operation
• Utilize data analytics tools to measure process performance and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor process metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of improvements.
• Report on process performance and improvement outcomes to senior management
• Subject matter expert in tools related to agent/internal users/customers
• Full understanding of full product ecosystem (internal & external facing)
• Fully own product/system E2E from ideation to rollout stage
• Plan and align overall product strategy accordingly business needs
• Host product workshops with internal stakeholders 
• Participate and raise APAC product request in global roundtables
• Build & present business cases to higher management (Directors/C-level)
• Provide product & system advice to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience working in operations strategy/excellence in logistics or tech companies.
• At least 3 years experience leading a team
• Advanced knowledge in project management tools and skills with a proven record of managing complex projects.
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills, prioritize requests based on business impact, focusing on achieving business priority.
• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
• You are highly passionate and proven record in increasing efficiency & creating scalable processes.
• Expert in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Strong track record of success in planning and implementation of projects. 
• Have good business sense and clear potential to work beyond core areas of experience and within project team.
• You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment and are capable of shaking the status quo
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
