Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure that the company has the right talent in the right place at the right time.
Partner with key business stakeholders on organisational design and planning
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
Collaborate with Finance and People teams on headcount and budget planning
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
Manages and facilitates the planning and allocation of workforce and headcount, including the change and communication process for headcount targets
Leveraging data and reporting for headcount updates, headcount budgets and ensuring data driven decisions are being made by our leaders and partners
Develop and maintain workforce planning models that can be used to forecast future talent needs.
Provide inputs and advice to the leadership team on key issues (e.g. strategic initiatives, business priorities and major investments) based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and adjust as necessary.
Partner with People team and other stakeholders to ensure that workforce planning strategies are aligned with broader talent management initiatives
Manages the People-related budget setting/review process including creation and monitoring of budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning and analytics.

7-10 years of experience in HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics or financial planning & analytics
Financial planning and analyisis background a big plus
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, data studio ) and advanced Google sheets, Excel / Google-suite skills.
Knowledge of HRIS (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) is preferred.
Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management principles, workforce trends and financial reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
A love for numbers and problem-solving, with strong ability to think creatively
A natural team player who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Management and/or Strategy consulting experience is a big plus.
