• Create Shared Kitchen strategy creation, success metric alignment, and ongoing execution to enable the enhancement and growth of the vertical locally

• Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure the delivery of perfect orders from the kitchen to the consumers

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the shared kitchens at the highest standard

• Ensure restaurant partners/vendors order preparation time and rider to customer delivery time is fully optimized

• Ensure shared kitchens health & safety standards, site hygiene and licensing are maintained and compliant with SFA measures

• Improving our restaurant partners kitchen operational efficiency

• Improving sites efficiency and reducing site operational costs for the entire network of kitchens.

• Conduct the Food safety Audit on daily basis.

• To be a creative problem solver and able to perform root cause analysis.
