Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and troubleshoot problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and the restaurant owners
Renegotiate commission / exclusivity with Vendors to support revenue stream
Coordinate and participate in offline events
Provide operational and administrative support for the business
Assist City Manager with delegated ad-hoc tasks
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other related field.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability (experience with CRM tool is a plus)
Prior experience in cold calling / sales / support sales are a plus
Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
Maintains a good attitude and positive behavior, manages time effectively, and stays focused on achieving results.
Willingness and ability to travel and relocate as necessary for the role is required.
