Balance acquisition between: Strategic chains and high-performing local supermarkets
4) Cross-Functional Execution
Work with onboarding, operations, and catalog teams for go-live readiness.
Align with marketing on launch campaigns and in-app visibility.
Coordinate with finance/legal on contracts, billing, and compliance.
5) Performance Tracking
Track funnel health: leads → meetings → signed → live.
Monitor early performance of newly acquired partners: GMV ramp-up, assortment completeness, and availability & cancellations
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
2–5+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or marketplace roles.
Experience in FMCG, retail, supermarkets, or e-commerce preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales and partner visits.
Data-driven and target-oriented.
Understanding of Q-Commerce dynamics is a strong plus.
