Strategic portfolio building
Fill geographic and category gaps in supermarket coverage.
Balance acquisition between: Strategic chains (brand pull, scale), High-performing local supermarkets (speed and margin)
Cross-functional execution
Work with onboarding, operations, and catalog teams for go-live readiness.
Align with marketing on launch campaigns and in-app visibility.
Coordinate with finance/legal on contracts, billing, and compliance.
Performance tracking
Track funnel health: leads → meetings → signed → live.
Monitor early performance of newly acquired partners (GMV ramp-up, Assortment completeness, Availability & cancellations)
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.
What you need to be successful
2–5+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or marketplace roles.
Experience in FMCG, retail, supermarkets, or e-commerce preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales and partner visits.
Data-driven and target-oriented.
Understanding of q-commerce dynamics is a strong plus.
