Specialist, Business Performance Management

• Work closely with local market teams to collate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to senior management. 
• Build relationships with key regional stakeholders across finance, marketing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs.
• Coordinate on a monthly basis with the CIO’s office on KPI and OKR reporting 
• Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate and communicate these milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. 
• Develop and implement tools while working closely with the Business Analytics team to streamline reporting across portfolio markets

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field 

• Strong presentation skills

• Relationship builder with good Interpersonal skills

• Proven record of managing projects
