Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver category performance to agreed KPIs, Sales, Orders, High Basket, and Gross Profit.
- Supplier management with a manageable quality profile.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to increase availability & margins through more profitable pricing strategy & volume target to execute precision merchandising with comprehensive clustering, space planning and assortment management capabilities.
- Develop a products assortment and mix, including in-house products that will meet customer demand and financial objectives.
- Drive more effective promotions for the categories that will support brand development and revenue growth.
- Close monitoring item to item in-depth sales and profit analysis, select right products assortment, set up forecasting qty, stock & order monitoring, ensuring proper display and merchandising mechanism to enhance category visibility that meet customer needs with fulfilling financial objectives.
- Conducting regular market survey to evaluate market intelligence of products availability, setting up products' pricing, new items information, consumer behavior to assess the development needs of the business at all levels in context of regular operation and expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends by gathering regular Market Intelligence and analyzing customer insights.
- Maintain a very good collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain.

Experience (Industry Preference)
1–2 years of experience in: Q-commerce / E-commerce, Grocery / Food Retail, FMCG.
Experience in:
- Supplier/vendor management
- Pricing and promotions
- Assortment planning
- Sales and profitability analysis
- Market survey and competitor analysis
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to analyze sales, margin, basket value, and profitability data
- Good understanding of: Forecasting and inventory planning, Pricing strategy, Promotion planning, SKU performance analysis and, Merchandising and assortment management.
Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good stakeholder management capability
- Strong ownership and execution ability
- Market awareness and commercial thinking
Location / Field Work Requirement
- Head office-based role
- However, regular field work may be required, including: Market visits, Competitor checks, Supplier meetings, and Store visits for merchandising and assortment review.
