Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including account setup, activation, and go-live support.
Assist with face-to-face and call training sessions for new and potential vendors.
Maintain vendor accounts and resolve transmission or operational issues.
Improve menu and content quality by working with local and Central Operations.
Execute content clean-up and quality improvement projects on the foodpanda app.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up with Shared Service Center and BPO when needed.
Implement SOPs, track progress, provide feedback, and support or lead projects effectively.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Complete end-to-end onboarding processes for Chinese vendors, covering both content setup and full onboarding journey.
Provide timely and effective support for all Chinese vendor requests and issue resolutions.
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and guidelines in Chinese, specifically for Chinese vendors.
Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
