Job description


About the opportunity

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies:
    Work closely with the team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and creating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Content creation and management:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing content such as newsletter, case studies, and social media updates. Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines, messaging, and tone.
    Digital marketing and advertising:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.

  • Brand management:
    Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand identity. Collaborate with design and creative teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.

  • Event coordination:
    Plan and execute corporate events such as trade shows and conferences. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and event-related marketing activities. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvement.

  • Market research and analysis:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer insights. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for product positioning and messaging. Analyze market data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
     

Cross-functional collaboration:
Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, product management, and creative services to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to gather requirements and deliver marketing materials and support.


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
