Specialist- Demand Planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop daily replenishment plans for Pandamart stores across Bangladesh, ensuring efficient product supply.
• Create short and long-term forecasts for effective inventory management at the distribution center.
• Analyze historical sales data to extract insights and identify seasonal trends for improved demand planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and assess inventory levels, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
• Adapt replenishment plans and forecasts based on market conditions and emerging trends.
• Contribute to refining demand planning processes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Incorporate regional supply chain team’s insights into demand planning strategy.
• Align demand planning activities with marketing initiatives to drive sales performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience
• Experience in Demand Planning/Supply Chain/Procurement
• Advanced skills in MS Excel. Skills in SQL will be an added advantage.
