Specialist, Incubation & Experience

Summarization : We are looking for someone who can provide assistance to existing vendors, and also provide suggestions to current processes to optimize vendors experiences. This role requires you to challenge current status and to collect information to change the rules. We aim for providing high quality services to our partners.

Details : As the incubation experience service specialist, you need to assist the restaurant partner to find a solution when facing the problem of Level 3.

This work requires cross-departmental collaboration and communication to
investigate each case and make it properly responded to and handled, in order to
achieve both the improvement of vendor experience and the decline of vendor complaint cases.

At the same time, you need to follow your manager or team leader to complete many projects and vendor research.
Making innovative suggestions and SOP improvements to effectively solve supplier problems.
