About the opportunity
About the Team:
The Key Accounts Team drives the growth of foodpanda’ Food Delivery business across Taiwan. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage 8–10 of our largest enterprise partners, working closely with senior clients and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and deliver scalable business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Own it: Take end-to-end ownership of your accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and solve complex business challenges with a strong bias for action.
2. Deliver value fast: Manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities to deliver measurable business results.
3. Bring good vibes: Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to bring local market insights to the table and translate them into scalable solutions.
What you need to be successful
◆ 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related commercial role. (nice to have)
◆ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior clients and cross-functional partners.
◆ Customer-centric and commercially minded, with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
◆ Strong ownership and adaptability, with a willingness to tackle new and ambiguous challenges in a fast-paced environment.
