About the opportunity

  • Serve as the SPOC for operational concerns and issues from restaurant partners

  • Work directly with our restaurant partners to ensure timely execution of menu updates & promos

  • Coordinate with restaurant partners for the continuous improvement of their operational efficiency

  • Contribute to optimizing and streamlining restaurant-related internal systems and processes


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or any other quantitative similar field from top universities
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Process oriented, with attention to detail
  • Can handle multiple touchpoints at once and manage time effectively
  • Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
  • Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Required language(s): English and Filipino
