Job description
As the Specialist, Logistics Optimization, you will be part of the Logistics Optimization team and support the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of QCommerce service delivery across 17 markets in EU, APAC, and Turkey. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to analyze operational data, identify optimization opportunities, and help drive scalable improvements to speed, reliability, and cost efficiency across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to regional logistics optimization projects across APAC, EU, and Turkey markets with focus on dispatching efficiency, cost efficiency, and service quality
Analyze logistics and delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across markets
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support optimization initiatives and operational improvements
Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to support tooling enhancements, run experiments, and improve logistics systems
Support the team in preparing business cases and performance deep-dives
Work closely with regional and local QCommerce and logistics teams to validate insights and support implementation of initiatives
2-5 years experience in logistics, operations, analytics or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into insights
Hands-on experience with data analysis and self-service analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar tools), SQL proficiency required
Comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments; experience working across multiple regions and diverse markets a plus
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a mindset focused on optimization and continuous improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) is a plus
